- Manage the U.S. retouching studio for Net-A-Porter, Mr. Porter, and The Outnet.
- Adhere to strict style guides, quality control standards, and deadlines.
- Mentor the team along a career path from junior to senior level. Train the team to use more advanced retouching techniques.

- Work closely with the other in-house studio teams (photography, styling, and editorial) and remotely with the UK teams to offer support and streamline the workflow.
